The Healthy You Formula: You’ll leave this initial small group session motivated with knowledge of your individual path to living at a healthy weight and a simple plan to get there. Sound like all you need? That’s just the beginning. You will follow with 6 months of weekly small group coaching with me, an Obesity Medicine Doctor (ABOM and AAFP certified) and Weight Loss/Life Coach (The Life Coach School certified). These calls will teach how to eat to energize and stay empowered to stick to that plan in REAL life. 
BONUS Obesity Medicine Review: You’ll leave this session empowered with knowledge of how your weight effects your health, medications that impact your weight and potential alternatives, and weight loss medication options. For those who can join in person for an optional 1:1 Obesity Medicine Visit, we will review your medical and weight history and develop an individualized plan to fit your needs. You will leave this visit with a plan to maximize weight loss with the simplest path and Obesity Medicine recommendations to discuss with your physician. Weight loss medications may or may not be prescribed on an individualized basis. 
• Access to our exclusive membership site with short weekly videos to guide you through the process AND membership small groups for open communication with your own small group. 
• The Daily Simple Success Journal to set your energized eating plan and stay empowered to stick to it. 
• A Mid-Week Check-In additional weekly coaching call for all members of the program. 
• Our private Facebook group for support, accountability, coaching, and recipes with a group of members just like you to help support you on the journey.
